This session explored how CRM Analytics serves as a one-stop shop for Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence, and why Salesforce positions it as the most flexible and extensible analytics solution across the enterprise.
The talk focused on the real value of embedded analytics: CRM Analytics visualisations become significantly more powerful when surfaced throughout the Salesforce experience — integrated into custom pages, Visualforce pages, Experience Cloud sites, and more. The session also covered how custom menus in lenses and dashboards enable users to perform common Salesforce actions directly from CRM Analytics insights, closing the loop between data and action.

Pakistan Dreamin’ is Pakistan’s first Salesforce community-led conference, bringing together Salesforce professionals, developers, administrators, and architects from across Pakistan and beyond. Organised entirely by the Salesforce Trailblazer Community, the event covers the full Salesforce platform with sessions on architecture, analytics, development, and career development. The 2022 edition was delivered as a virtual conference and drew speakers and attendees from multiple countries.
